Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. There will be no refunds for self-paced learning, instructor-led online training, or classroom training.
  2. Altmatic Academy reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of a course or event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, etc.).
  3. In the event of a course or event cancellation initiated by Altmatic Academy, a 100% refund will be processed to the delegate.
  4. Refunds for canceled events will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation announcement.

Force Majeure Events:

  1. Altmatic Academy shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to events caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delegate Responsibilities:

  1. Delegates are responsible for reviewing course details, schedules, and any updates provided by Altmatic Academy.
  2. Delegates are encouraged to contact Altmatic Academy at support@altmatic.com for any inquiries related to cancellations, refunds, or event changes.
